The added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and auxiliary activities was 30.052 billion yuan, up 1.5%. The total output of grain was 579,700 tons, oil 202,000 tons, fruit 1,171,200 tons, meat 198,800 tons, and aquatic products 2,697,900 tons. There were 442 leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, among which, there were 10 national and 56 provincial key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.
The industrial added value of the enterprises above designated size increased 2.3%, 1.1% higher than the provincial average. Among them, the added value of joint-stock enterprises increased by 2.6%, and that of foreign-funded enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan invested enterprises increased by 2.4%. The value added of light industry and heavy industry increased by 1.5% and 3.3% respectively. Among the 34 industry categories, 15 achieved growth. The main business income of industrial enterprises above designated size increase 1.7% with a profit increase of 6.8%.
Revenue in services industry above designated size increased 14.0% and operating profit decreased 0.3%. At the end of the year, the road network has reached 7,170.23 km in length (including rural, national and provincial road). A total of 36.954 million individual trips and 10.79722 million tons of freight were made by railway (excluding intercity railways, the same below), road and sea last year. The total port cargo and container throughput was 37.081 million tons and 1,027,900 teu respectively. There are 45 scenic spots above grade A including two 5A and twelve 4A scenic spots. The total number of tourists received was 51,516 million, an increase of 10.0%. Total tourism revenue was 69.26 billion yuan, up 12.2%.
Investment in fixed assets dropped by 15.0%, with primary industry up 64.4%, secondary industry down 44.0% and tertiary industry up 15.9%. The investment proportion of primary, secondary and tertiary industries is 1.9%, 34.5% and 63.6% respectively. The real estate investment is 38.322 billion yuan, up 11.0%.
The total volume of retail sales of consumer goods increased by 9.3%. Wholesale and retail sales grew by 9.4%; Retail sales of accommodation and catering industry increased by 8.3%. Retail sales of consumer upgraded commodities grew rapidly. Cosmetics above the quota increased by 17.0%, gold, silver and jewelry increased by 36.9%, and intelligent household appliances and audio equipment increased by 39.9%.
The total import and export volume of foreign trade was 140.213 billion yuan, an increase of 0.8%, of which export was 92.141 billion yuan, an increase of 0.8%; Imports were 4.8071 million yuan, an increase of 0.6%. Domestic enterprises accounted for 65.5% of imports and exports, and foreign-invested enterprises accounted for 34.5%. General trade, processing trade and other trade accounted for 60.7%, 34.7% and 4.7% respectively.
273 new foreign-invested projects were approved; Contractual foreign capital was $2.402 billion, an increase of 90.2%; Foreign investment in actual use reached $1.222 billion, up 42.8%. The foreign investment in the first, second and third industries accounted for 0.1%, 30.4% and 69.5% respectively of the total foreign investment.
29 new overseas enterprises (institutions) were approved to set up last year with a total investment of 7.174 billion yuan, up 11.5%. The turnover of overseas contracted projects reached 6.747 billion yuan, up 4.1%; A total of 10,829 contract workers were sent abroad, up 1.6%.
八、Finance and Tax
The city's general public budget revenue was 24.985 billion yuan, down 12.2%, of which tax revenue was 19.497 billion yuan, down 15.3%. General public budget expenditure was 34.317billion yuan, down 5.7%.
九、Science and Technology
It has won seven Shandong Science and Technology Progress Awards in 2019, two new state-level science and technology enterprise incubators and one province-level university science and technology park. The output value of high-tech industries increased by 5.2% which accounts for 49.5% of the total industrial output value, and the high-tech investment is 56.9% of the total industrial investment. The city has 38 well-known trademarks in China, 52 geographical indications trademarks and 4 Shandong demonstration trademark. There are 261 Shandong famous brands and 106 service brands.
十、Education and Health Care
At the end of the year, there were 11 colleges and universities in the city, with 104,865 students; There are 11 secondary professional schools with 15,845 students; There are 7 vocational secondary schools (high schools) with 3,292 students. At the end of the year, the city had 2,386 medical and health institutions, with 19,843 beds.
十一、City Construction and Environmental Protection
At the end of the year, the green coverage of finished area was 45.94% and the green land covers 43.65% of finished area, per capita public green areas was 25.46 square meters, and 100% domestic waste was treated. The good air quality rate was 80.8% and which is the best in Shandong province.

At the end of the year, the permanent population of the whole city was 2.836 million, of which 1.9489 million were urban population, and the urbanization rate was 68.72%. The annual per capita disposable income of all residents was 39,593 yuan, an increase of 8.1%. Per capita disposable income of urban residents was 49,044 yuan, an increase of 6.9%; The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 22,171 yuan, an increase of 8.6%. The per capita consumption expenditure of all residents was 25,421 yuan, an increase of 7.3%.
