Located in Weihai International Port Economic and Technological Development District, with a planned area of about 2.44 square kilometers, it is a modern industrial park built on the advantages of local industries and aiming high. At present, based on the domestic carbon fiber industry, leading company in research and development such as Weihai Tuozhan Fiber Co, Ltd, more than 10 domestic and international leading scientific research platforms have been built such as a national engineering laboratory for carbon fiber preparation and engineering, and the national carbon fiber industry measurement and testing center. A number of industrial projects with leading advantages from home and abroad have been introduced, such as dendrmer polymer carbon fiber composite materials, carbon fiber industrial scraper, weapon equipment industrialization base.
